Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Inclusive of all tags, manuals, and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable products
  • Final-sale or clearance items (if marked)
  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

How to Start a Return


  • Email hello@drozgar.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • You will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Banks may take 5–10 business days to process the credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs


  • If the return is for personal reasons (not a defect or error), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Drozgar covers return shipping or provides a prepaid return label (where available).

Exchanges

The quickest method is to return the item and place a new order.
