At Drozgar (operated under GMD & Sons Limited), we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your products will arrive.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
- Domestic orders (within USA): 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above certain values (details displayed at checkout).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
You can also manage your order and track shipments from My Account → Orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Drozgar / GMD & Sons Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Failed Deliveries / Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages
